Refund Policy
We want you to love your Khan Wellness ritual. Because our products are small-batch botanical formulas — many in glass bottles you open and use directly on your skin — our return policy is built around both your satisfaction and basic hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic and body care products.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal (this includes oil blends, mists, serums, lotions, body butter, wash, lip balm, and bath salts) — for hygiene reasons, we cannot resell or restock these once opened. Soy candles that have been lit or burned. Gift cards. Final sale or clearance items, as marked at time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide a full refund or free replacement, and we will cover return shipping in these cases.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions for returning your item(s). For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different scent, size, or product rather than a refund, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability.
