Shipping Policy
Every Khan Wellness order is hand-poured, hand-blended, and hand-packed in small batches in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Because of this, we ask for a little patience between the moment you order and the moment it ships — the care that goes into each product is worth it.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to keep you informed.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Estimated delivery time after your order ships: Canada 2–7 business days, United States 5–10 business days, International 10–21 business days. These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (US & International Orders)
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict what these charges may be — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
