These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Khan Wellness (the "Site"), operated from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to make a purchase, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.
Products & Pricing
All products are described and priced in Canadian dollars (CAD) to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Our products are handcrafted in small batches from natural botanical ingredients; slight variations in colour, scent, and texture between batches are normal and not defects.
Orders & Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of inventory. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Health & Safety
Khan Wellness products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or have known allergies or sensitivities to essential oils or botanical ingredients, please consult a physician before use and always patch test a new product before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and artwork — is the property of Khan Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khan Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
